On the other hand, as for any type of roof, where you have to clean, for instance, the gutters or replace the damaged tiles or slates, it is necessary to grant the least surveillance to the stretched canvasses.

Control visits are required to prevent any incident:

	ACS ensures the free follow-up of the works installed on land, with a visit on site every 3 years.
	ACS proposes also a contract for the verification and maintenance of the erected works. It includes control visits at least twice a year after one year of use and up to the tenth year after reception.

The visits will focus on examining the canvas and its tension systems. They will be described in a detailed report of the ACS Production technician, reporting on the eventual disorders found. If it is necessary, the technician will specify the implementation means and will propose an estimate of the repair works, provided the defects do not come under the 10-years insurance.
